Submit proposals for stage presentations at Clima Energy Nordic 2027
We invite partners and exhibitors to contribute to strong and relevant content for the open stage program.
The open stage program consists of two stages where we present knowledge-sharing talks, inspiration and concrete case studies from the industry. We welcome proposals that bring insights, experiences and lessons related to energy, real estate and the green transition.
Who can submit proposals
To submit a proposal, you must be a participating exhibitor or organization at Clima Energy Nordic.
Focus areas
Presentations should be connected to one of the following focus areas:
- Energy efficiency
- Regulations and legislation
- Economics and financing
- Energy communities and circular solutions
- Technical solutions and innovations
- New business models
- Sustainability and climate targets
- Preparedness and resilience
Content and selection
Proposals may take different forms, such as inspirational talks, practical case studies, knowledge presentations, new technologies or innovations. We prioritize customer cases that can inspire and create learning opportunities for our visitors.
To achieve the greatest possible impact, we encourage presentations that are not sales-driven. Participating companies should, together with their customer, present solutions and experiences from a concrete case with clear relevance to one of the focus areas.
Practical information
- Each presentation is 20 minutes
- Presentations are delivered as stage presentations, normally supported by PowerPoint
- The stage is equipped with a standing table and standard technical equipment such as sound and screen
- A technician will be present throughout the entire stage program
- If another format is preferred, for example a workshop or a different duration, this must be clearly stated in the description.
Exposure
The open stage program will be promoted through Clima Energy Nordic’s digital channels, on digital screens at the venue and in the program published on the website.
How to submit your proposal
To submit a proposal, you need to register and create an account. You will then be asked to provide the following information.
Title
The title should be relevant, informative and able to stand on its own.
Speaker
If you are registering the presentation on behalf of someone else, please add the speaker and include their contact details.
Description of the presentation
The full description will be published in the program on the website. Here you have the opportunity to explain the relevance of the topic and create interest among visitors. Adjustments can be made after submission and may in some cases be initiated by Clima Energy Nordic as a condition for participation.
Biography and photo
- The biography should be written in third person and can be updated afterwards
- You can upload a photo of yourself in the portal
- You can log in and make changes as long as the submission remains open
Important dates
- 28 September: Final deadline for submitting proposals
- 15 October: Notification of acceptance
Please note that the program is filled on a rolling basis and may reach full capacity before the final submission deadline.
Terms and conditions
Clima Energy Nordic reserves the right to select accepted presentations. As a speaker, you are responsible for:
- Arranging a replacement speaker in case of unforeseen circumstances
- Ensuring that the presentation is original and that you have the right to use all included content
- Confirming that any necessary permissions from employers, clients or other parties have been obtained
- Ensuring that all sources are properly credited
