  • As a strategic partner to Clima Energy Nordic, Ny Teknik will publish a themed issue in November 2026 ahead of the conference in February 2027. The issue will be distributed to more than 100,000 subscribers, and advertisers will also have the opportunity to promote their participation and expertise digitally on Svenska Mässan’s website and on NyTeknik.se.

Exhibition insurance

1,550 SEK. Exhibitor insurance is mandatory and is charged in addition to the space rental. It covers damages according to the applicable insurance terms and conditions: Insurance terms (pdf)

Co-exhibitor

9 995 SEK. Co-exhibitors get the same exposure and information as the main stand holder. Co-exhibitors can also be submitted separately at Exhibitor Service Online.

Terms and conditions

Payment terms in brief
20% of the stand space fee as per the order is due 6 months before the trade fair’s first day, with the remaining 80% and exhibitor insurance due 2 months prior. Exposure services must be paid 2 months before the trade fair’s first day, while technical, service, and catering services are payable 14 days before the trade fair. Full payment is required to access the stand. For cancellations later than 18 months before the trade fair, 100% of the cost, including the base fee, is payable. All prices are stated excluding VAT. VAT-registration Non-Swedish traders with no permanent establishment in Sweden are liable for VAT. Exhibitors that sell directly to the consumer/end-user must register for VAT with the Swedish Tax Authority in Stockholm.
