Over three days, the conference takes a deeper look at the issues that impact the industry the most – from efficient energy use to business models and future preparedness.
2 FEBRUARY: EFFICIENT ENERGY USE AND ITS POTENTIAL
Energy use takes center stage. This theme highlights where the potential lies, which measures have the greatest impact, and how technology can be used to reduce both costs and climate impact. Efficient energy use is one of the biggest opportunities in the transition, both from an economic and a sustainability perspective.
3 FEBRUARY: BUSINESS AND FINANCING
The transition is not only about technology – it is about creating profitable business. The focus is on investments, financing, and new business models. How is value created in real estate through the right measures, and how do regulations and taxonomy influence which investments are possible?
4 FEBRUARY: RESILIENCE AND PREPAREDNESS
The third day takes a broader perspective on the future. How do we build robust and long-term sustainable systems that can handle changing requirements, an uncertain environment, and increasing demands? The focus is on future-proofing properties and operations – technically, economically, and organizationally.
